We begin by listening to you about your site, your brief and your budget. After a site visit and a review of the zoning conditions, we prepare a concept design and evaluate the alternatives together with you.
We develop the approved concept into preliminary and permit drawings, and then into construction drawings. Coordinating with structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, we deliver a detailed set of drawings that can be built on site without surprises.
